Jeffrey Frankel, a HEEP Faculty Fellow, is the James W. Harpel Professor of Capital Formation and Growth at the Harvard Kennedy School. Professor Frankel's research investigates the relationship between international trade and the environment. Among other topics, he has written extensively on globalization and the environment, the Kyoto Protocol, and emissions commitment regimes in developing countries.
