Does the Internet really create the opportunity for more interaction between voters and candidates?  Is the "narrowcasting" the Internet allows for a valuable tool for candidates or just a distraction?  Is it better used for mobilizing resources like volunteers?  Is the Internet useful as a tool for increasing voter turnout, especially among young voters?  Is it likely the Internet will change campaign economics, by providing a more cost-effective means of communicating messages?
