If a freelancer
is brought in, there is an automatic 4 hour minimum.
Labor charges that are overlapping or noncontiguous with regular office
hours will be charged accordingly.
For example: for an event that runs on a weekday morning
from 7:00am-10:00am, the client would be charged for 1 hour of premium labor
and 2 hours of regular labor.
Another example: for an event that runs on a weekday night from
8:00pm-10:00pm, the client would also be charged for the 2 hours between the
end of regular hours and the beginning of the event. This example, a total
time of 6:00pm-10:00pm, would be billed as 4 premium hours. |

Cancellation fee: events with labor
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $100

Video streaming storage |
| Streaming media
files can be stored on our server for access by anyone with an internet
connection. Source material usually requires encoding before it can be
stored for streaming - see file encoding above. |

Accounts are billed in 500mb increments and are pre-billed for the fiscal
year. Prior to the beginning of the fiscal year clients will receive a
list of files in their account and will have the opportunity to make any
changes and to renew their account for the new fiscal year. The
client is responsible for obtaining all necessary legal releases for the
content. |

Fiber optic distribution |
| Source material
can be transmitted via fiber optic line to any other similarly-equipped
location. A brief connectivity test is required before any fiber optic
distribution can take place. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required
to test fiber optic connectivity. |

| By default,
sessions use Voice Over IP (VoIP) equipment, which is free of charge.
If VoIP is not available at your location, analog equipment will be used,
which requires a one-time mandatory setup fee of $25. |
| StudioKSG is only responsible
for setting up the equipment. If VoIP is not available at your
location, clients must contact Facilities at
5-1306 to set up an analog telephone line. |
