Biography:

Dr. Gabriele Bammer is a Senior Fellow at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at the Australian National University and a Research Fellow at the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at the Kennedy School of Government. In 2001-2 she was part of the 30-member inaugural cohort of Fulbright New Century Scholars, who tackled the issues of "Challenges of Health in a Borderless World." Her interest is primarily methodological and aimed at improving our ability to integrate knowledge and perspectives from a range of disciplines, as well as from non-academic stakeholders. She is currently examining whether this would be facilitated by the development of a new specialization - Integration and Implementation Sciences.
