VISITING PROGRAMS
Executive-in-Residence

The Executive-in-Residence program is designed to attract high level CEOs, government officials and non-profit managers to spend short periods of time at the center. Due to the normal time constraints of individuals who would qualify for the program, visiting executives may be at the center from a few days to a few weeks. The EIR program, launched in October 2005, seeks to invite those who currently hold their current position or who have recently retired or are in career transition. The focus is on dialogue and practitioner experience and personal interaction with faculty, fellows and students. Activities may include brown bag lunches, forum events, one on one meetings with faculty, breakfasts with students and lunches or dinners with fellows and faculty. Doug Daft, former CEO of Coca-Cola was the center’s first executive-in-residence and joined the center for a three day visit in October 2005.
