about us

The Journal is an initiative led by students at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. As one of the world's leading institutions devoted to public policy, the Kennedy School has trained numerous African leaders and policy-makers including Africa's first woman president, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf. The journal has been approved by the Kennedy School administration and the Kennedy School Student Government and is affiliated with the Kennedy School Africa Caucus. It was founded by former Kennedy School student Sam Unom.

The journal is supported by a board of distinguished faculty, and is run by graduate students at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. The journal values its readers, contributors and partners, and is always eager to hear from them. Write to us at africa_journal@ksg.harvard.edu with suggestions on how we can serve you better.
