Rowing Times
We schedule on a weekly basis, as
people's schedules
change and coxswains aren't always available.
Monday - Friday in the morning between 7:15-8:30 (sometimes later on Fridays)
All registered members will be part of the scheduling process. An email will be sent out each week with the schedule.
General Rowing Information
The Harvard Recreational rowing program is open to any member of the Harvard Community. The only requirement is that you posses a current HARVARD ID and a HARVARD SWIM TEST CARD. For those not currently enrolled (Alums, spouses), ID's may be purchased at the Harvard Ticket Office at the Murr Center (495-4858). One hundred yard swim tests can be taken at the Malkin Athletic Center (495-2219) or at the Blodgett Pool (495-1789).
Sculling Hours of Operation
Recreational Sculling (single-person rowing): Mon-Fri 10am-5pm Novice Instruction: Mon-Fri 10am-2pm (early morning sculling is available for qualified scullers). We really recommend this program for people that want to get on the river more or want something relaxing to do between classes.
