Every year before graduation, the Forum gets transformed into a hall of colorful nylon banners as flags from each country represented by students at the school are hung from the opera box balconies. On pages 12 and 13 of this issue there is a photo of two MPA/ID students taking a break for lunch surrounded by flags from a handful of countries. The answer to the question asked:
