In addition to the launching of the Kokkalis Leadership Network for New Europe, the Kokkalis Program sponsors participation in other executive programs organized by the Kennedy School.

General Anatol Guboglo, Deputy Minister of Defense of Moldova and Colonel Petru Bolun, Chief of the Department of Military Policy and International Relations of the Moldovan Ministry of Defense participated in the 1999 Harvard Ukrainian National Security Program (HUNSP).
