In addition to the launching of the Kokkalis Leadership Network for New Europe, the Kokkalis Program sponsors participation in other executive programs organized by the Kennedy School.

Lt. Col. Ioannis Liappis, Staff Officer at the Hellenic Ministry of National Defense, attached to the International Relations Directorate.  Prior to assuming that position he served as Senior Investigation Officer in the UNGCI (UN Guard Contingent in Iraq) for two years (2001-2003).  Lt. Col. Liappis participated in the 2003 Black Sea Security Program.
