The intranet is currently used as a communications portal for the HKS community. Users can access mail and other community news, such as access to your Classpages, Buy/Sell/Trade, quota information, HKS Today, and much more..

Services Available on the Intranet tabs

Homepage - The homepage of the intranet holds the latest relevant information for the HKS community. Many large events and school-wide notices are posted here. The information that you see is parsed based upon your login - students see only information relevant to them, while Faculty Staff may see other notices.

Events - The events page is a combined calendar of all events going on at HKS on a given day

Network Drives - All students have personal storage space on the HKS Network. Normally students would have to login at the lab to retrieve data stored on a HKS server. However, we have added a web enabled access page to the intranet which allows you to save and download files from anyplace with high speed internet access.

Classpages - All classes at HKS automatically have a web page associated with them. The page allows your professors to upload files and other materials for class use. The 'Classes' tab on the intranet allows students to view all their classes (HKS students are automatically given access when they register for a course), as well as several 'open' classes at HKS.

Account Options - The 'Options' tab on the intranet will allow you to forward your E-Mail to a another address, change your passwords, and more.
