Chat ServicesITS runs a free chat service for the HKS. The HKS chat service, called Lotus Sametime, accesses the HKS address book to easily find your colleagues.Professors and their assistants, as well as departments at HKS, can drop their class or group's email address (for instance, the API-101 email group or the IT Services email group) to see who is logged on, eliminating the need to add each member in your group individually.
