Gordon Bloom comes to Cambridge from Stanford University, where he was a lecturer in the Public Policy Program faculty in the School of Humanities & Sciences, and affiliate of Stanford's Center for Social Innovation at the Graduate School of Business. His teaching and research interests are primarily in the area of strategy and vision for U.S. and international nonprofits, and social entrepreneurship. For the last three years at Stanford, Gordon taught a well regarded "Social Entrepreneurship Course Series," including an innovative social venture lab he created, the "Social Entrepreneurship Collaboratory," an incubator where student teams create and develop pilot programs for U.S. and international social sector initiatives.
