OCA’s mission is to provide you with the essential tools and resources to prepare and position yourself to pursue your professional aspirations and to support your continued commitment to public service. We expect each student and HKS graduate to be the primary stakeholder in his or her own career development. OCA serves as an integrating hub for career and professional resources within the global HKS network.

To help you chart your career path, we invite you to attend the Career Advancement Program (CAP), a series of panel events and career discussions designed to give you an introduction to the many gateways of opportunities available to you. Through CAP, we aim to help you with your own personal discovery of the right career path for you.

If you would like one-on-one career counseling, both students and alumni are welcome to make appointments with one of our career coaches for career planning and advice. And, when you are ready to search for that job or internship, we offer a series of skill-building resources and workshops to help you prepare. You can then login to JACK or view one of many other helpful career-related links to search recent job postings.
