Thousands of Harvard Kennedy School graduates are changing the world in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors with their leadership skills and through their commitment to public service.

HKS students and graduates come from across the United States and across the globe, with diverse backgrounds and interests. As such, there is a wide variety in the employment opportunities that may be attractive to you and where you can fully achieve your potential to make a difference in the world.

Finding the right opportunity takes time and effort. Spread a wide net. You never know what might look much more interesting upon closer inspection.

In order to help you in your search, OCA brings many employers to campus through our on-campus recruiting program. Many of these employers are interested in hiring first-year students for summer internships, which provide students with a perfect opportunity to explore employers and career opportunities as well as to develop skills gained in their first-year curriculum. We also interact with many organizations interested in working with our second-year MPP students on their Policy Analysis Exercise.
