Retrospective Case

You may freely use this case for educational purposes as long as you give credit to the John F. Kennedy School of Government Case Program. We would like to keep track of those using the case and would appreciate your sending us your name, the name of your institution, and the name of the course in which you plan to use the case. You can submit this information by filling out the form on the Comments Page or by sending email to David Eddy Spicer at <david_eddy_spicer@harvard.edu>.

The full case is also available on one high-density floppy disk (Windows/MacOS) for $5 per disk. Use of the case in this form requires a browser but not an active internet connection. Please contact Sara Baros (<cp_sales@harvard.edu>) in the Sales Office for additional information.
