Who is a member of the HKS Alumni Association?
Members of the HKS Alumni Association include degree holders and those who have participated in an HKS program of two weeks duration or longer.
What is the online community?
The online community offers a suite of internet services to help you make the most of your Harvard Kennedy School network. Services include the following:

What is lifetime e-mail forwarding?
This service provides alumni with a Harvard Kennedy School affiliated address that never changes. This is not a mailbox or ISP; it is an email forwarding mechanism.
How can I get involved with HKS?
Serve on your Reunion Committee , join a regional association , attend an Alumni Refresher or other programs offered by the Alumni Programs Office or the Center for Career Advancement. For additional information email ksgalum@harvard.edu or call 617-495-1394.
How do I let HKS and the University know about a home, work, email address or name change?
Alumni update their contact information through www.post.harvard.edu or through the alumni directory.
How do I register for a username and password to access the alumni directory?
www.post.harvard.edu and click on ‘Register.’
How do I retrieve my username and password if I’ve forgotten them?
Go to www.post.harvard.edu and click on ‘Forgot Your Password.’
Why doesn’t my email address show in the alumni directory?
Email addresses are hidden to prevent spam and to protect the privacy of our alumni.
Why doesn’t my contact information show after it’s been updated?
Check your privacy settings to make sure you have “unchecked” the box to the right of each line to show that information and “checked” the box to the right of each line you don’t want to show. Name, degree and year are shown by default. Changes can take 3-5 days to update.
How can I connect with former classmates?
Login to the alumni directory with your Post.Harvard username and password to search for classmates. Reconnect with classmates in person at class reunions, attend an Alumni Refresher, join a regional association or attend a regional event in your area.
How can I nominate an alumnus or alumna for an Alumni Award?
Alumni awards are awarded annually. For more information or to submit a nomination, visit the Alumni Awards page.

Will my contact information be distributed outside of the University?
Harvard University’s privacy policy prohibits the Alumni Programs Office from sharing information about our alumni with anyone, but messages will be forwarded to alumni to facilitate communication.
What events are happening in my area? What's going on at HKS?

How do I get a copy of my transcript?
Transcripts can only be obtained through the Office of the Registrar. Visit the Registrar's web site here.
How can I get assistance with my job search, career planning and networking?
Use your alumni login to search for job opportunities and other services offered through the Office of Career Advancement.
How do I unsubscribe from the daily job opportunity emails?
Send an email to ksgalum@harvard.edu and request that your name be removed.
